Public Digital Identity System
The acronym SPID stands for Public Digital Identity System. As you may have figured out, it's a digital identifier consisting of a username and password.
In telecommunications, a Service Profile Identifier (SPID) is a number assigned by a phone company to a terminal on an Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) B-channel. The SPID identifies each terminal and tells equipment at the phone company's central office about the capabilities of each terminal.
SPID (Subscriber Profile Id) is a tool used to make RRM which is remote monitoring and management. This is the monitoring system with managed role over remote location. This grouping scheme is used on the basis of subscription information received from the system.
